Story from the Owners:
Eleven years ago, when we were looking for a home on the Costa del Sol, we came across this townhouse in Torreblanca – and fell in love instantly. One of only five houses in the community, it was perfect for welcoming family and friends. With three bedrooms, each with its own shower or bathroom, and an outstanding view of the Mediterranean and the mountains toward Benalmádena, it truly felt like home.

Together with our neighbors, we have improved parts of the shared community and witnessed the transformation of Higuerón – from grazing cork oak groves with cows and goats to an exclusive neighborhood with luxury homes.

Now, even this side of the Zaragoza River is being developed, but nothing will ever block our breathtaking sea view – a magical sight to wake up to every morning. The pool area is a wonderful spot for relaxation, and the convenience of the elevator makes a big difference for shopping and daily errands.

The time has now come for us to pass this wonderful home on to new owners. As we grow older, we are moving back to our home country, but we do so with happiness and hope that the new owners will see this place as their own little paradise.

För 11 år sedan, när vi letade boende på Costa del Sol, såg vi radhuset i detta komplex i Torreblanca – och föll direkt. Ett av fem hus i området, perfekt för oss att ta emot familj och vänner. Tre sovrum, alla med egna dusch- eller badrum, och en enastående utsikt över Medelhavet och bergen mot Benalmádena.

Tillsammans med våra grannar har vi förbättrat delar av den gemensamma communityn och följt utvecklingen av Higuerón – från betade korkekslundar med kor och getter till en ny, exklusiv stadsdel med lyxiga bostäder.

Nu börjar även denna sida av Zaragoza-floden bebyggas, men det kan aldrig skymma vår fantastiska utsikt över havet – en magisk vy att vakna upp till varje morgon. Poolområdet är en härlig plats för avkoppling, och hissens bekvämlighet gör stor skillnad vid handling och andra ärenden.

Nu är det dags för oss att lämna över detta underbara hus till nya ägare. Vi blir äldre och flyttar tillbaka till vårt hem, men gör det med glädje och hopp om att de nya ägarna kommer att se detta som sitt eget paradis.
