What is my background?
I have worked for 15 years in the construction industry with documentation, customer service and sales. Now for the last 5 years I have lived in Spain together with my wife and our boy. Here we feel that we really enjoy, to 100%, the wonderful climate, good friends (both Scandinavian and Spanish) and the best workplace and job I've been involved in. I enjoy myself very well here at Svensk Fastighetsförmedling. Feel free to ask me about good picnic spots, fantastic nature walks, good beaches, interesting snorkeling trips, nice places to play petanca or padel tennis and of course the best approach for selling your home. I love to help and consider my pleasant work to be 99% helping and 1% selling.
What do I help with?
Yes, essentially the first step is to get in touch with those who own a home and possibly want to sell, now or in the future, and then I do a free valuation of the home without any commitment and explain how the sales process works and answer any questions you might have.
